Easy application process and quick approval. Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool is super nice and the gym is definitely a plus. Great location in a safe area, it is gated as well. It is 5 minutes away from Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and many other retail stores. 10/10!
My second maintenance request wasn’t as seamless as the first but overall it was handled. I tried baking some cookies only to find the temperature in the oven wasn’t correct. I confirmed this guy buying a simple oven thermometer and the oven when set at 350° didn’t get above 200°. It is now working but it’s been just under 2 weeks since I placed the work order. I waited 1 week and went to the office to see if someone could come look at it, which they did the next day. I was left a note that said they would order a thermostat and would install once it was available. 1 week later I had not heard anything so I called the office and was told they could come by the next day, which they did. Ultimately he had to replace both the thermostat and heating element and it was all completed today. Again, overall I’m happy with the service just wish it had taken nearly 2 weeks. Not a huge deal though and so definitely still grateful for this wonderful place to call home. It’s a large complex so I’m sure the maintenance staff stays busy!
Thank you to Zach who came quickly tonight after hours to fix my broken air conditioner which is now working great. He made sure he did whatever was needed to get it working as soon as possible. He changed the filters so everything was clean and good. He came back to check and make sure it was working right and informed me that no matter what to call the operator and they would be able to come back out if needed. Very kind, professional & quick to fix the issue. 👍🏽
very nice, new what needed to be done, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. thanks for sending him so fast. Made our bathrooms very safe to get in and out of the tub. Was very pleasant and are great maintaince workers. Was treated just like we were family, enjoyed having them do our work for us. Thanks
I just moved in so this review is based on that. I noticed that one of the light bulbs went out in the fridge post move in so they changed that and also I needed help installing my Ring doorbell and they hung that! I’m so grateful for their help!
COFFEE CREEK IS AWESOME! I have lived her for a little over a year and I love it! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! It's definitely a warm community feeling! The staff and management team is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents. Maintenance staff is fast and friendly! I definitely recommend living here!
I lived here 3 years. Moved for my new job, but moved into another Case & Associates community. The community was always clean, well cared for and office staff was always cooperative! Looked at several other apartment complexes before and after moving there and none compared!
We lived here for a year and a half and were very happy with the apartment. The unit was nice and spacious and fit exactly what we needed. The complex was clean and always maintained. It was a very pleasant experience. They are dog friendly, however the play pen is better suited for smaller dogs. Big dogs will definitely need to be exercised elsewhere.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend this complex to anyone needing affordable living in the area.
